This member of the Almar family consists of five marinas in the Oakland Estuary, from Jack London Square to Central Basin and Union Point. Located within the Port of Oakland, Oakland Marinas consists of three marinas around the
Oakland/Alameda Estuary, by Jack London Square, and Union Point Basin.
Nearby are the Oakland Museum, the Oakland Zoo, a newly developed family-oriented park at Union Point Basin and Preservation Park with its dozens of restored Victorian homes. The marina is within walking distance of an Amtrak train station and the San Francisco Bay ferry system.
